Tanzania Safari Experience Itinerary

DAY 1: JRO → Arusha (55 km | 1 hr)

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be welcomed by our professional safari team and transferred to your accommodation in Arusha. Have a pre-safari briefing from your safari guide and get ready for your adventure.

 Enjoy the lush surroundings, excellent service, and a peaceful evening as you settle in.

DAY 2: Arusha → Tarangire National Park (120 km | 2–2.5 hrs)

 Today, after breakfast, head to Tarangire and start your Tanzania Safari Experience with a game drive in Tarangire National Park. Observe the towering baobabs, dramatic landscapes, large elephant herds, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and, if you are lucky, you can see a variety of predators before heading to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

DAY 3: Tarangire → Lake Manyara → Karatu (80 km | 1.5–2 hrs)

.After breakfast, this Tanzania Safari Experience will take you on a drive toward the Great Rift Valley and into Lake Manyara National Park, a compact but incredibly diverse ecosystem. Experience the scenic beauty of Lake Manyara and enjoy wildlife viewing, including large elephants, baboons, hippos, and, if you’re lucky, tree-climbing lions.

Following an afternoon of game viewing, continue to Karatu, a charming highland town surrounded by coffee estates and rolling green hills.

DAY 4: Karatu → Ngorongoro Crater Tour → Serengeti (210 km | 5.5–6.5 hrs including crater)

Travel through the beautiful Ngorongoro Highlands and descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive. With luck, you may spot all of the Big Five in one day. Lunch at a scenic picnic site in the crater before continuing to the legendary Serengeti National Park, arriving in time for golden sunset views across the plains.

DAY 5: Full Day in Serengeti – Seronera Valley (120–150 km | ~6 hrs game viewing)

DAY 6: Serengeti – Seronera Ecosystem (120–150 km | ~6 hrs game viewing)
