DAY 2: DAY 2: Arusha → Coffee Plantation & Arusha City Discovery (Approx. 40–60 km round trip | 1.5–2 hrs driving | 5–6 hrs exploration)

Today eases you gently into the rhythm of Tanzanian life with a day centred around flavour, culture and slow exploration. After breakfast, you head to a family-run coffee plantation on the outskirts of Arusha, where shaded fields and birdsong welcome you into a world that feels centuries untouched. Together, you learn the full journey from bean to cup, roast your own coffee and enjoy tasting fresh brews that feel richer when shared side by side.

A traditional lunch follows, prepared with local ingredients and humble warmth, before your guide leads you on a relaxed discovery of Arusha. From colourful markets to handmade crafts and small galleries, the city reveals itself not as a tourist stop but as a living, breathing community. It’s a chance to meet people, ask questions, and feel your connection to Tanzania deepen, moment by moment.

Return to your lodge in the late afternoon, with the rest of the evening free to unwind, talk, and enjoy the sense that your adventure has truly begun.

DAY 3: Arusha → Tarangire National Park (120 km | 2–3 hrs)

Whether watching giraffes moving quietly through the heat or elephants by the river at sunset, Tarangire sets the tone for intimate and unforgettable wildlife moments shared together.

DAY 4: Tarangire → Lake Manyara → Ngorongoro Highlands (150 km | 3–4 hrs)

Travel into Lake Manyara, a lush and compact park offering elegant forests, wetlands and Rift Valley cliffs that photograph beautifully in soft daylight. The game drive is unhurried, giving time to take in sightings of elephants, hippos, flamingos, tree-climbing lions and over four hundred species of birds.

In the late afternoon, rise into the highlands towards Ngorongoro—cooler air, sweeping landscapes and romantic lodges perched on the edge of the crater create a peaceful retreat for couples.

DAY 5: Ngorongoro Crater → Serengeti (210 km | 4.5–5.5 hrs including crater tour)

An early descent into the Ngorongoro Crater offers some of the best wildlife viewing in Africa. With lions, buffalo, hippos, hyenas, elephants and black rhinos all within a single natural amphitheatre, this day is both thrilling and deeply grounding.
