Online Payment

We are registered and integrated with the Online payment system which its fully secured, you have multiple selection on payment mode, can it be through, bank transfer or Online payment via credit or Debit cards directly from our website.

Our Review.

Knowing the importance of customer reviews or feedback, we member and registered into review platform for you, so that can have knowledge of what others have experienced from our safari services. Visit www.tripadvisor.com for more about our customer comment and reviews.

Confirm your itinerary: Chose your desire Safari and submit it for confirmation.

Secure your reservation: Deposit 30% to secure your spot.

Confirmation and availability: Upon receiving your deposit ,we shall reserve your chosen services, subject to availability.

Confirmation receipt: You will receive a confirmation receipt with important details like departure and itinerary.

Full payment: The remaining  balance is due eight weeks  before your departure.

Travel documents: Upon full payment, we shall send your vouchers, information and parking details.

PAYMENTS:

(i) A 50% of the 30% amount for the initial payment deposit is non-refundable per person, required to confirm your booking.

(ii) The full balance is due six weeks before departure. Late payments may lead to cancellation and deposit forfeiture.

(iii) Accepted payment methods will be listed on the booking confirmation.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:

Changing your booking: Changes to departure dates are subject to service provider fees and availability. We shall do our best to minimize any penalties.

Cancellation policy: Cancellation fees apply based on the time of notice:

i. 30 days or more: 30% cancellation fee.

ii. 22-29 days: 50% cancellation fee.

iii. 14-21 days: 75% cancellation fee.

iv. Less than 14 days: 1oo% cancellation fee (Full payment due).

Finding a replacement: Avoid cancellation fees by finding a suitable replacement to fill your spot 14 days before departure.

INSURANCE:

Comprehensive travel and medical insurance is highly recommended. Clients are responsible for obtaining their own insurance covering cancellation ,medical expenses, repatriation etc. Sana Wild Experience Ltd is not liable for any costs or losses incurred by the Client.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Environment Conservation and Preservation: All clients acknowledge to behave appropriately during the tour and not litter ,destroy or disrupt nature, wildlife and its environment.

Luggage: Clients are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. Sana Wild Experience Ltd is not liable for loss or damage.

Travel documents: Clients are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents (Passport, Visa, Vaccinations, etc.).

Insurance: Comprehensive travel and medical insurance is highly recommended.

Force Majeure: Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may affect the tour. Clients are responsible for any resulting costs.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of United Republic of Tanzania.
