Safari Overview

The Serengeti’s northern part (Mara River) the landscape is conquered by open woodlands and hills, ranging from Seronera in the central Serengeti to the Mara River on the Kenyan border.

The Wildebeest travel through a multiplicity of parks, reserves and protected areas and through a diversity of habitat, food, breeding sites and water. Wildebeest migration peaks as July arrives in Kogatende Serengeti. The Mara river crossing is famous worldwide it’s a stunning scene which is not to be missed.

DAY 1: Arrival Arusha

Arrive Kilimanjaro International Airport We will meet you at the airport and transfer you to Arusha town for overnight at the hotel. Welcome to Tanzania, Welcome to Arusha the region in Tanzania that’s surrounded by a lot of precious national parks best known as the northern circuit national parks.

Arusha city is where you can find best of cultural practise from societies of Maasai people, the Datoga tribe and the Hadzabe people. Today you can either go shopping or visiting Arusha Central Market or Souvenir shops-Maasai Market or short cultural tour. Accommodation as arranged.

DAY 2: Visit Tarangire Park

Early after breakfast at your hotel our guide will come to pick you and drive to Tarangire national park also known as the BIG TWO PARK,It’s a 4hrs drive that will take you to Tarangire gate where you will start game drive till lunch time (picnic lunch-lunch boxes to be served within the park at aappropriate picnic site). Proceed with further game drive till evening. Tarangire National Park has some of the highest inhabitants density of elephants as compared to everyplace in Tanzania, and its scarce vegetation, scattered with baobab and acacia trees, makes it a beautiful and unique location to visit.

Tarangire trees climbing pythons relaxing in the branches where the fruit of the sausage tree disguises the twitch of a tail. The park is also famously rich of bird life, flora and fauna. The area also supports a great diversity of wildlife, including giraffe, buffalo, lesser kudu, eland, Oryx and zebra. Lion, leopard and cheetah are also present. Up to 6000 elephants inhabit Tarangire in the dry season. Accommodation as arranged

DAY 3: Visiti Tarangire Park-Karatu

Early after your breakfast, You’ll have game drive in Tarangire national park as additional day this is to make sure that you have enough time to enjoy this beautiful park in northern Tanzania.

Enjoy your picnic lunch then driver to Karatu which serves as entrance to the Ngorongoro Highlands and is found between Lake Manyara and the Ngorongoro Crater. Due to its location, many safari goers end up over knighting or stopping here for a quick break earning it the nickname “Safari Joint” .Arrival for dinner and overnight. Accommodation as arranged.

DAY 4: Ngorongoro Crater Tour

Early in the morning after breakfast collect lunch boxes ,game en route on the way to Ngorongoro Crater which is one of Africa’s most famous sites it’s the place where you can find the black rhinos and black manned lions.

Enjoy Spectacular scenery in this largest caldera in Africa, enjoy your picnic lunch then drive to Serengeti national park game drive en route arrival for dinner and overnight. Accommodation as arranged.

DAY 5 & 6: Serengeti (Soronera Valley)

The Seronera River Valley is one of the most popular areas in the entire park,is what the Maasai called it “Siringeti”the land of endless plains, known as the Big Cat Capital of Africa. Soronera is rich in lion, leopard and cheetah. Its classic savannah dotted with acacias and filled with wildlife. Serengeti is likely the most famous wildlife sanctuary in the world.

These seemingly unending plains contain, during the months of the migration huge numbers of wildebeest and zebra with estimates of up to 1.8 million can witness and make your trip unforgettable. Enjoy the evening game drive dinner and overnight at your respective accommodation.

DAY 7: Serengeti-Karatu

You will start your game drive as soon as you step out of your room. Serengeti National Park is undeniably the best-known wildlife sanctuary in the world, unique for its natural magnificence and organized value, it has the greatest concentration of plains game in Africa.

After breakfast depart on an exciting game en route drive to Karatu which serves as entrance to the Ngorongoro Highlands and is found between Lake Manyara and the Ngorongoro Crater. Due to its location, many safari goers end up over knighting or stopping here for a quick break earning it the nickname “Safari Joint”. Accommodation as arranged

DAY 8: Karatu-Arusha

Today as we finalize our safari adventure take some time for early breakfast while sharing your adventure stories, before your journey to Arusha town starts on the way enjoy the great views of Tanzania’s landscapes people and towns, you can go for shopping according to your interest .

After you arrive at Arusha/ Kilimanjaro airport you will be connected with your flight and fly to Zanzibar. You can have hot lunch in Arusha depends on your flight schedule. KARIBU SANA
